IN MAKING A RESERVATION WITH SIMPLE SITE RV YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL POLICIES AS UPDATED
Permitted Occupants
All reservations have a maximum of 6 guests. Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the site. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. Loud or boisterous behavior is not permitted. Our RV Park is a family friendly establishment, we reserve the right to refuse check-in or to ask anyone to leave with NO REFUND. The use of generators is also prohibited.
Early Departures and Cancellations
There will be NO REFUNDS for early departures. Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with Simple Site RV, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit. 100% refund 30 days or more prior to check in. 50% refund 15-29 days prior to check in. NON REFUNDABLE - 0% refund 14 days or less prior to check in.
Motorized Vehicles
ATVs, gas powered scooters, and go-carts are NOT permitted to be driven in the park.
Fireworks/Firearms Prohibited
No fireworks or firearms allowed in the park.
Alcohol
No public display of alcohol, public intoxication, or disorderly conduct allowed . No illegal substances or under-aged drinking allowed at any time. We reserve the right to refuse check-in or to ask anyone to leave at any time with NO REFUND.
Outdoor Mats/Rugs
Rugs are NOT permitted on grass areas. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any site that has to be repaired due to the use of any item that harms grass areas.
Wildlife
Please take precautions as Simple Site RV is located in the country; there may be insects and wildlife. Simple Site RV cannot be responsible for Mother Nature.
Trespassing
Trespassing is prohibited on any adjoining properties.
Cleanliness and Consideration
Sites must remain and be left clean, and all trash must be placed in dumpsters at the park. Do not cross or drive on grass causing damage to the campground. Vehicles must stay on roadways. Vehicle Maintenance is not allowed on site. There will be a $25.00 charge made to your credit card if any trash/damage is found on the site.
Fire Rules
Fire pits are not provided at our campground. If you choose to bring a fire pit, it must be above ground. Rock rings are prohibited. Never leave a fire unattended. Please visit the county fire marshal website for burn ban information.
Pet Rules
Pets are allowed on campsites only and must remain on a 6 foot or shorter leash. Pets are the responsibility of their owner. You must clean up after your pet. Do not leave pets outside unattended. Pets may not disturb other guests. Any guest with a pet that exhibits aggressive behavior or barks uncontrollably will be asked to leave with NO REFUND. Maximum of 2 pets per site. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. Upon check-in, please notify Simple Site RV of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.
Winter and Cold Weather Restrictions
In reference to underpinning for the winter. If you are going to “winterize” you will need to have a factory/manufactured fabric enclosure/skirting.
CAN NOT USE: Hay bales, Foam board, Insulation board, Styrofoam, Etc…
It can not blow, make a mess, and look unattractive.
If you are not sure, please ask us.
Simple Site RV is not a permanent residence and can NOT look like a “permanent” residence.
To help prevent this, we restrict the amount of time you have it up and how long it remains up. Late November - think Thanksgiving, December, January, February, beginning of March - depending on temps having it up mid March.
Heating your RV in Winter and Cold Weather
Simple Site RV is not responsible for heating your RV in the winter or cooler months. We understand there will be minimal use of your electric fireplace or a small heater to knock the chill down, however electric heaters CAN NOT be your source of heat. It is NOT figured in your spots price.
If you would like to know places in the area to have your propane tanks filled or a place that can set up a large tank for a extended stay please ask.
Long term stays and January 1 stays and stays over 183 days
Anyone renting a space at the campground as of January 1 will be held to local and state property taxes as shown below.
